Location/Directions
Timberstone Lodge is a large log cabin built by Dutchland Construction on 51 acres of wooded land in Paint Township, Holmes County. It is located at the end of a small, narrow, ˝-mile, dead-end township road (TR 667), off of US62 between Berlin and Winesburg. TR 667 intersects on the southeast side of US62 at the north top
(Winesburg side) of "seven-lick" hill, directly across from the lumber-mill. A map with directions can be found at www.keybridgeltd.com/cabin.
From the US62/TR667 intersection, heading southwest toward Berlin, Tony and Annelle live in the first house on the first driveway to your left and Steve and Jill live in the second house of the same driveway. In case of emergency while using
Timberstone Lodge, contact Steve/Jill or Tony/Annelle.
Purpose
The facility has been built for various reasons:
For the use of the Steve and Tony Mullet extended family (therefore its accessibility will be limited so that our family can use it spontaneously as we desire)
For the use of various church groups such as: Sunday school classes, small groups, youth groups, elders, council retreats and various church related workshops, etc.
For the use of family groups
For the use of business/corporate retreats
(The first two will take priority over other groups. Weekday usage is easier to schedule due to less demand.)

Using the fireplace
Open damper prior to lighting and close when fire is depleted.
Gas lighter can be used; however, it can be very DANGEROUS if not used properly. The gas valve is opened with a "T-bar", located in front and to the right of the fireplace on the hearth. Open the gas valve by turning the T-bar counter-clockwise, and IMMEDIATELY light. If you do not immediately light the fire, shut the valve immediately and wait for several minutes before attempting to light again. Failure to do so could result in an explosion and severe injury.
To conserve gas resources, please use the gas only to light the fire – turn gas off once the wood is lit.
Wood is available for your use on piles outside the lodge or on the screened in porch. Please bring as much wood into firebox (the cavity located immediately to the left of the fireplace) or into screened in porch as you used. If you enjoy cutting/splitting wood with the mall, please feel free to split as much as you desire. Future guests will appreciate your generosity!
The Surrounding Area
Timberstone owns approximately 51 acres of woodland to the south and east of the cabin (southeast corner of the cabin is the screened-in porch). The creek in the valley is approximately the western border of this property. You are more than welcome to hike the woods and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. Please be good stewards - keep the area clean and free of debris and do not destroy or alter
the habitat so that others may enjoy it for many years.
